It allows you to plot the places you would like to visit and then it works out the quickest route there. You can input the cost of fuel at the time and the mpg (miles per gallon) your car does, and it calculates the cost. It also tells you how long the trip will take, based on driving 9am- 5pm every day. It even tells you the places you will need to stop over night at.
